CELESTINE FUND SHARES

Celestine Fund investors recieve one Celestine token for each Celestine I Fund share they purchase. Celestine is an ERC-20 token issued to fund investors by Celestine Capital Management as proof of share ownership. Celestine tokens are transferrable and allow for greater liquidity than most private equity shares.
The purpose of the Celestine (CES) token is to function as a digital representation of one share of the Celestine I Fund. As an ERC-20 compliant token, Celestine can be transferred on the Ethereum network. The token's symbol is CES and the supply is fixed at 7,300. Celestine tokens can be purchased in USDT. The token is divisible into fractions of 2 decimals. Each purchaser of CES becomes both a limited partner (LP) and shareholder in the Celestine I Fund. Therefore each purchaser of a CES token must be a qualified investor. The Celestine I Fund, LLC is an impact investment fund and Delaware-registered entity. Because Celestine I Fund, LLC is a Delaware-registered entity, it allows for certain tax and regulatory protections for investors.
